Born January 2, 1971, San Jose, California is an American actress, singer and songwriter. She is best known for her role as Evangeline Williamson in the soap opera One Life to Live (2003-2007), which earned her two Daytime Emmy nominations. Since then, she has had minor roles in The Good Wife, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and The Followers. In 2015, she won the Drama Desk Award for her role in the musical Hamilton. The following year, the role earned her "Tony" for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical.
