Born December 31, 1969, Athens, Greece is an American film director, screenwriter, actor and producer.
After graduating from high school, Iliadis entered Brown University in Roy Island, where he studied film and political economics. Dennis later continued his studies at the Royal College of Art in London. For his graduation work, a short film entitled Morning Fall, Iliadis received the Outstanding Achievement award.
Dennis began his directing career with the short film "Ole", for which he wrote the script. The director released his first feature-length film, Hardcore, in 2004. The painting depicts the daily life of four young prostitutes in Athens. The film won the Independence Prize at the Oldenburg International Film Festival and was nominated for the Bronze Horse Award at the Stockholm Film Festival. In addition, the film was shown at the Thessaloniki International Film Festival and the San Francisco International LGBT Film Festival.
The next work of the director was a picture called "The Last House on the Left" - a remake of the 1972 film of the same name. The film received a Saturn Award nomination for Best Horror Film and a Silver Crow Award for Best Director at the Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival.
