Born September 12, 1961, Norilsk, USSR (Russia) - Russian theater and film actress.

From the third grade she studied in theater studios and dreamed of becoming an actress. After school, Rosa entered the Kazan Theater School. From the second year she played on the stage of the Kamal National Theater. After graduating from college in 1981, Rosa began working at the Kazan Theater for Young Spectators. In 1992 she was awarded the State Prize of the Russian Federation for her role in the play "Pogrom" based on the novel by Boris Vasiliev "And there was evening and there was morning ..." directed by Boris Tseitlin. In 1996 Shakespeare's The Tempest received the Golden Mask Award.

In 1996, a fire destroyed the Kazan Youth Theater, and Roza Khairullina left Kazan. For a short time she played in the Chelyabinsk Youth Theater. In 1997 she received an invitation to the Samara theater "SamArt" and soon became its leading actress.

In 2009 she was invited to join the troupe of the Moscow Theater Studio under the direction of Oleg Tabakov (Snuffbox).

Played on the stage of the Theater. Lensovet in the play "I miss you" based on the works of A. Volodin, on the stage of the Samara Academic Drama Theater named after M. Gorky in the play "Colonel Bird" based on the play by Kh. Boychev.

Currently, at the Shelter Komedianta Theater (St. Petersburg), he plays King Lear in the production of Lear, directed by K. Bogomolov. In the Theater of Nations he plays Basya in the play "Shosha" (director T. Imamutdinov).

At the 2012 Moscow International Film Festival, Rosa Khairullina was recognized as the best actress for the role of Khansha Taydula in the film Horde directed by Andrei Proshkin. For the same role in 2013 she received the national award of the Russian Academy of Cinematic Arts "Nika".

Roza Khairullina Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, Honored Artist of Tatarstan, laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation (1992).
