Born December 15, 1933, Willoughby, Ohio, USA - American film and television actor. Tim attended Bowling Green State University majoring in speech and radio, and was an active member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. After graduation, he joined the army and then worked as a postman at one of Cleveland's radio stations, where he also became a writer for the advertising department. Conway later changed his name to "Tim" to avoid confusion with actor Tom Conway.
Tim Conway has been married twice. His first marriage was to Mary Ann Dalton from 1961 to 1978. They had six children. He married Charlene Fusco for the second time on May 18, 1984. Among his children is radio host Tim Conway Jr.
