Elliott is best known for a series of hits and video clips including "The Rain (Supa Dupa Fly)", "Hot Boyz", "Get Ur Freak On", "One Minute Man", "Work It", "Gossip Folks", "Pass That Dutch ”,“ Lose Control ”and“ Ching-a-Ling ”. Elliott is also a songwriter and producer, alone and in collaboration with Timbaland. She has participated in songwriting for singers such as Alia, Monica, Destiny's Child, Little Mix, Mya, Whitney Houston, SWV, Trina, Nicole Wray, Fantasia, Ciara, Raven Symone, Keyshia Cole, Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson and Lil 'Mo.
