Born July 19, 1980, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - American actor, screenwriter, director, cinematographer and producer.
Later he lived with his single mother in North Philadelphia. There they led a homeless life, living in cars and abandoned buildings. Subsequently, he and his mother became defenders of the homeless.
For the first time as an actor, Webber made his debut in 1998. To date, he has taken part in the filming of more than thirty films.
