Born April 4, 1928, New York, USA - American actress and comedian.
Her parents, Isaac and Anna Nussbaum, were emigrants to the United States of Polish-Jewish origin and owned a pastry shop. Had an older sister.
Since 1958 Estelle has been married to Sai Harris. With Cy, Estelle gave birth to three children, including a former police officer, Thelin Harris, now disabled.
In 1977, Estelle began her film career under the name of her husband - Harris. She is best known for her roles in various comedy series and sitcoms, including the role of Muriel in All Tip-Top, or the Life of Zach and Cody (2005-2008) .
On September 20, 2001, Estelle and her husband Sai were involved in a car accident in Los Angeles (California, USA) and suffered serious injuries from which they managed to recover.
