Born January 2, 1968, Los Angeles, California, USA Chris Spencer is an American actor, producer and screenwriter. He starred in more than 35 films and TV series, including "Shadow of Batman", "Ambulance", "Charmed", "East Park", "Chronicles of Love" and others. In the film "Shepherd" in 2012 he acted as a producer, and as a screenwriter directed such famous ceremonies as the presentation of the MTV Video Music Awards and the BET Awards.
