Born April 15, 1975 - American voice actress.
Knight has worked as an assistant at Pixar on new films, including Cars, Ratatouille and WALL-E. Elissa voices the animation characters as needed. Her first voice acting role was in Cars (2006) as Tia, one of two identical Mazda Miata twin sisters (the other was voiced by Lindsay Collins; both actresses work at Pixar as assistants). Elissa Knight has continued to voice on WALL-E. In WALL-E she plays the robot EVA (Natural Science Automation) - a futuristic robot that descends to Earth in search of some living soul, especially plants that still exist in the 29th century. Knight claims that she has never read the WALL-E script. Sound engineer Ben Burtt improved on her recorded voice and director Andrew Stanton decided to keep it.
