Born September 10, 1972, Manhattan, New York, USA - American screenwriter and producer.
The eldest of two sons of renowned neurosurgeon David Herz. After graduating from the University of Michigan in 1996, Adam moved to Los Angeles, where he participated in several projects as an assistant screenwriter.
Herz created the first self-written script called "East Great Falls High" in 1998. It was based on the memories of Adam himself about his college years. The script sold for $ 650,000 to Universal Pictures and was used in the youth comedy American Pie a year later.
In 2003, Herz founded his own production company "Terra Firma Films".
