One of the most successful and charming American R&B performers, model and dancer Ciara Princess Harris was born in the fall of 1985 in Texas. Being the only child in a military family, the girl from a young age was forced to change her place of residence, moving, on the duty of her father, from one city to another. The string of new schools and new people didn't seem to end until Ciara got to Atlanta, where she enthusiastically joined the local pop group Hearsay.
Even despite the fact that the group soon fell apart, she gave the future star the way to the top of the musical Olympus, because it was in Atlanta that producer Jesy Fay noticed her: a year after they met, Ciara recorded her debut album Goodies, written by her in collaboration with the famous rapper Lil John. Goodies has become an iconic record for the performer - Ciara's hits have filled the highest chat ratings not only in the States, but also in Canada and the UK. Her subsequent records became no less successful - for example, the album Ciara: The Evolution (2006) received platinum status, and the track Love Sex Magic (together with Timberlake) from the third album Fantasy Ride, recorded in 2009, was awarded the coveted Grammy. Today, the singer has six successful records, the last one (Jackie) came out quite recently - at the beginning of 2015.
