Rodriguez is best known for her role as Carmen Morales in ABC's daytime soap opera All My Children, where she starred from 2008 to 2009. She has previously appeared in dozens of films and television shows such as NYPD, Ambulance, and Law & Order.
Although Rodriguez has played dozens of roles on screen, she has achieved the greatest success thanks to her long work on the New York theater scene. In 2011, she was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Play for her performance in the Broadway production of The Motherfucker with the Hat. Since then, she has been featured on Prime Suspect and Orange Is the New Black. In 2015, she was cast in AMC's Fear The Walking Dead.
