German film actor Kostya Ullmann was born in Hamburg on May 30, 1984. When he was 11 years old, his father brought Kostya to an acting agency. Thus, Ulmann was "bought" a ticket to the cinema. But Kostya acquired his first acting experience on the theater stage.

In 1998, the first television film with Kostya Ullmann was released - a comedy called The King of Mallorca, in which the guy appeared in a cameo role. After her, the actor played several more small roles in such TV series as the Police Station of the Big City and Two Men in the Kitchen, as well as in television films such as The Nightmare and Family XXL.

In 2004, Ullmann made his big-screen debut - the actor starred in the drama Summer Storm by Marko Kreuzpaintner. The film won an award at the Locarno Film Festival.
