Born 1961, Montreal, Quebec, Canada - Quebec film director, screenwriter, actor.
Started his film career in the 1980s. producing video clips for artists such as Paul Piche, Sass Jordan, Norman Iceberg, Vilen Penguen and Sylvain Cossette. After directing a series of television commercials, some of which were awarded, he directed the television series Big Wolf on Campus for Fox and then directed three episodes of the television series Hunger on Showtime and The Movie Network.
In 2000, his Imax documentary Hemingway: A Portrait won the Genie Award for Best Documentary, as well as the Maximum Image Award for Best 2D Film at the Aventura Imax Days at the Miami.
Produced feature films Matthew Blackheart: Monster Smasher, 2000, Pigs Law (La Loi du cochon), 2001, Red Nose (Nez Rouge, 2003), The Last Tunnel "(Last Tunnel (Le Dernier Tunnel), 2004)," The Outlander (Le Survenant), 2005).
His 2006 film Good Cop, Bad Cop (2006) explores the differences between Anglo-Canadian and French-Canadian cultures and has become a cult film in Canada, receiving numerous nominations and awards.
In 2008 he directed the black comedy "Corpses", which is better known in Russia as "The Testament of the Ghost".
In 2010 directed the 3x11 episode "Fa la Erica" ??in the television series "Being Erica".
Acts as a cameo in a number of his works.
