Both were born on October 16, 1991 in Dublin, Ireland - an Irish pop duo performing under the name Jedward. The twins competed in the sixth season of the English music competition "The X Factor" in 2009 and finished in sixth place, as well as at Eurovision 2011, where the brothers finished eighth. In a relatively short period of time, the group has already been dubbed the "Jedward paradox" and even released a documentary about them, and their participation in "X-Factor" can be called one of the most scandalous in the history of this song contest. On February 24, 2012 it also became known that the duo will once again represent Ireland at Eurovision. As a result, the brothers took 19th place in the song competition (26 participants in total) with a score of 46 points.
