British director, screenwriter, producer and composer.
Born on February 20, 1979
Studied at Wellington College, Berkshire, England (1992-1997). Then he entered the University of Birmingham, from which he graduated in 2001. He worked in television for several years before he met his future partner George Kay, with whom he opened a production company Idiotlamp Productions Ltd.
He made his film debut as a screenwriter for the series "Your Face or Mine?" (2002). In 2004, Field Smith presented his directorial work, the short film Missing Moscow .
Jim's first feature film is Too Cool for You (2010).
