Born June 2, 1977 - American actor.
Quinto is half Italian, half Irish. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Graduated from Catholic High School in 1995 and Carnegie Mellon University in 1999.
He first appeared on television in the short series "Others" (2000). He later starred in hit television series such as CSI, Touched by an Angel, Charmed, The Client Is Always Dead, Lizzie McGuire and Dragnet. In 2004, he got a supporting role in the TV series "24". As Adam Kaufman, Quinto has appeared in every episode of the third season of the series with the exception of one. In 2006, Zachary went on to star in Tory Spelling's sitcom So NoTORIous, as well as the sci-fi series Heroes, where he plays the serial killer Sylar.
In 2007, Quinto expressed interest in playing the role of young Spock in the eleventh Star Trek film. On July 26, 2007, it was announced that Quinto had been cast as Spock in the next Star Trek movie, which was released on May 7, 2009.
Quinto, openly gay, came out on October 17, 2011.
