Born November 10, 1950, Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai - Soviet actor.

Studied at TYUM (Theater of Young Muscovites) at the Palace of Pioneers and Schoolchildren on the Lenin Hills.

In 1973 he graduated from the Theater School. Shchepkin (course of V.I. Tsygankov).

Worked at the Moscow WTO Literary and Drama Theater, at the Mosconcert.

In 2009, he created and heads the Stepanov Studio Theater.
