Born October 9, 1961 in Greensburg, Pennsylvania is an American actress.
Kelly practiced ballet at an early age and entered NYU's Tisch School of the Arts for further study. On the advice of doctors, who were concerned about the consequences of rigorous dance training on her hips, she was redirected to study directing and acting. She also studied with Michael Howard.
