Born April 20, 1983 in Sydney, but raised in Gunned, a small town in New South Wales. She is the first Australian Victoria's Secret and the face of the Australian company Portmans. Kerr became famous in the fashion industry in the late 90s after winning the Australian nation-wide model search organized by Dolly Magazine and Impulse fragrances. Miranda's career began with a 2004 advertising campaign for Ober Jeans Paris. Miranda has French, Filipino, Scottish and English roots.
In October 2009, Miranda introduced her own line of organic cosmetics, Kora Organics.
