Vladimir Andreevich Mishchanchuk was born in the small village of Volavel, in the Brest region, in 1946, on August 5. Their peasant family had many children. From early childhood, Vladimir Mishchanchuk dreamed of becoming an actor. But in 1962, at the insistence of his parents, he tried to enter a medical institute. Alas, the attempt to become a medic failed. In 1963, the future actor was able to study choreography courses at the Brest House of Folk Art, after which he worked as a choreographer at the RDK and was preparing to enter the institute. In 1968 he successfully graduated from the Belarusian Theater Institute.
In 1968, Vladimir got a job in the troupe of the Grodno Regional Drama Theater, and already, at the age of 27, he was approved as the director of this theater. And in 1971 he became a full member of the Society of Theater Workers of Belarus. In 1977 he was awarded the high title of "Honored Artist of the BSSR". Since 1985 he has been teaching at the Theater and Art Institute. First, he takes the position of head. department, and from 1990 to the present day is the dean of the theater faculty of the State Academy of Arts of Belarus. Has the academic titles of associate professor since 1994 and professor since 2000.
In addition to training qualified personnel for theaters and cinema, Vladimir himself starred in many films.
