Russell Brand is an English comedian, actor, radio host, writer and activist. Russell Edward Brand was born in Grace, Essex in England. He is the only child of Barbara Elizabeth and photographer Ronald Henry. Brand's parents divorced when he was six months old and he was raised by his mother. His childhood was not easy.
