Anna Chancellor was born on April 27, 1965 in Richmond, England. The actress comes from a noble family. Anna's mother is the granddaughter of Raymond Asquith, son of Herbert Henry Asquith (British Prime Minister). On her father's side, the actress is the great-great-granddaughter of the Earl of Winchils and Nottingham Murray Finch-Hatton. Anna also has family ties with actress Helena Bonham Carter, model Cecilia Chancellor and writer Jane Austen.
