American-Brazilian film director and screenwriter. Was born on January 18, 1970.
Dahlia began his film career in 1988. The first work of the director is the film "A Pantomima da Morte" (1988, video). After that, he returned to the cinema only in the early 2000s, making a short film "Conceicao". Most of the director's films are unknown to a wide range of viewers, since many of them were released only in Brazil, but some were released worldwide.
