She was born on February 4, 1975 in the small Australian town of Bircleweil, near Sydney, in the family of an Italian immigrant and an Australian of Anglo-Celtic descent. Since childhood, she began to study ballet. She has been professionally singing since the age of 13. She starred in television commercials, then in the popular series "Neighbors", in which Kylie Minogue began her career.
