Born July 3, 1946, France - French film and theater actor.
He made his screen debut in the early 70s under the name Roger Mirmont, playing Moliere in Marcel Camus's miniseries Moliere Crying and Laughing, The Adventures of Zadig with Gerard Depardieu in the title role, and Roger the dancer in Gerard Verger's Ride Joy. They were followed by "To Each His Hell" by Andre Kayat and "The War of the Police" by Robin Davis.
From 1977-1978 he starred at the Theatre des Varietes in Jean Poiret's musical Fefe de Broadway with Jacqueline Mayan and Michel Roux, an adaptation of Racine's play Phaedra .
In the 1990s, he starred in numerous television projects (the most popular are "The Happiness of Others" with Claude Jade, "My Husband's Lovers" with Marie-Christine Barrot). He returned to big-time cinema in 2002, playing in Brissot's Secret Passions and in 2005 in Draw or Make Love by the Larrieu brothers. At the same time, the actor continued performing on the theatrical stage. In 2003, he returned to the original spelling of the name Miremont in the credits.
