April 12, 1919 - March 25, 2009 - Soviet director and artist of multi-use films.
In 1939 he entered the art faculty of VGIK, studied for a short time and was drafted into the Red Army. Not having served until demobilization, he became a participant in the Great Patriotic War - he ended up in a separate sapper battalion. I had to finish my studies after demobilization, Aristov graduated from the institute in 1951, having received a red diploma.
Initially he worked as a production designer and then as a director at Soyuzmultfilm from 1951 to 1971.
From 1971 to 1979 he worked as a director of the Multtelefilm studio of the Ekran creative association.
After that, he was on a well-deserved rest.
