Was born on 22.06.1922 in Baku.
Graduated from the Azerbaijan State Theater Institute. The second director of such films as "On Distant Shores", "Our Street", "Mateo Falcone", "True Friend", "Romeo, My Neighbor", etc. He was the chief director of the Creative Association "Screen" at the Azgosteleradiocompany. He has more than 30 documentaries to his credit.
He passed away on 08/04/1998.
