Born January 14, 1937 in Svendborg, Denmark.
In 1957-59 he studied at the acting studio at the "Skuespillerskole" theater. Already in 1961 he made his directorial debut.
Until 1980 he worked in the Youth Theater ("Ungdommens Teater"). In 1991-96 - at the New Theater ("Det Ny Teater"), which he helped to save from closure and make the leading musical theater in the country.
Works as a theater director at the Theater Royal.
