Born in Bikin, Khabarovsk Territory on August 1, 1930, spent his childhood and youth in Ukraine. Graduated from KSITI them. Karpenko-Kary (course of K.P. Khokhlov).
Honored Artist of Ukraine.
For 27 years he worked at the theater. Lesia Ukrainka. He played more than 100 main roles, stage and mass stage director, film director.
Together with his wife, actress Ada Kastelli, he taught at the Kiev School of Variety and Circus Art.
Died in 1994 after a serious and prolonged illness
