Born December 30, 1957 is an American actress.
She began her career in theater and also starred in commercials and won the 1986 Outer Critics Society Award for her role in The Foreigner. She then landed the title role in the television series Kay O'Brien, which was canceled after one short season. Kaembert soon made her Broadway debut before joining the cast of Thirty-Something, which she starred in until its 1991 finale.
Kalember is best known for her role as Georgiana Reed Whiting in the long-running television series Sisters, where she starred alongside Swoosie Kurtz, Force Ward and Julianne Phillips from 1991 to 1996. Thanks to the success of the series, she starred in several major films, including Big Girls Don't Cry ... They Fight Back and Captured by the Sands. After the end of the show, Calember returned to the theater and did not appear on the screens for a while. In the 2000s, she had a recurring role as a judge in the series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and on the big screen she was featured in the films Signs and Areas of Darkness, where she played the roles of the wives of the central characters.
Since 1986, Patricia Kalember has been married to actor Daniel Gerroll, who later appeared in her TV series Sisters, and they have three children.
