Born March 16, 1906 in the city of Starokonstantinov, Khmelnytsky region. Passed away on November 7, 1993 in Kharkiv.
Honored Artist of Ukraine (1947) .
He graduated from the Kiev Institute of Music and Drama named after Nikolai Lysenko (1927) and the drama courses of Yu. Zavadsky in Moscow (1928). He was an actor at the Berezil Theater, the Kharkov Ukrainian Drama Theater named after T.G. Shevchenko. Since 1951 he taught at the Kharkov Institute of Arts.
