Born September 23, 1959, Newark, New Jersey, USA - American actor, director, producer and screenwriter.
grew up in Livingston, New Jersey, where he graduated from a local high school in 1977 and then attended Boston University.
Alexander began his acting career in New York, constantly improving his singing and dancing skills. He performed on Broadway. Alexander is known for such films as "Mosquito Coast" (1986), "Pretty Woman" (1990), "White Palace" (1990), "Eggheads" (1993), and others. In the 1994 comedy "North" he performed one of starring with Elijah Wood. For his role as Boris Gadyukin in The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle, Alexander was nominated for a Saturn Award. One of his last films was the role of Karl in Lasse Hallstrom's drama Hachiko: The Most Loyal Friend (2009).
He also starred in television series such as "Seinfeld", "Detective Monk", "The Twilight Zone". For his role in Seinfeld, he was nominated for an Emmy multiple times. In 1999, Alexander starred in the Discovery Center series of Star Trek: Voyager. In the United States, he is also known for appearing in commercials for McDonald's and KFC.
