Born April 14, 1945 - Russian and Ukrainian writer, former psychiatrist, screenwriter for many films.
He graduated from KMI (1969), postgraduate study at the Academy of Medical Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR (1972), the scriptwriting department of VGIK (1980) took up work in his specialty, was the author of the script for the TV epic "Nikolai Vavilov" and the feature film "Hunger-33". He lived in Kiev until 2009, now lives and works in Moscow, writes in collaboration with his wife, Marina Dyachenko.
