In 1967 she graduated from the Moscow Regional School of Art. In 1973 she graduated from the art faculty of VGIK.

1973—1978 - animation artist at the Soyuzmultfilm studio.

1978-1991 - director and artist of cartoons at “Armenfilm” studio.

1992 - director of the Soyuzmultfilm studio.
