The brainchild of the London punk scene with a history dating back to the mid to late 1970s. Many call the Fursov a "milestone" between the Sex Pistols and Nirvana eras. The group was ahead of its time, but, by the will of fate, found its audience and joined the mainstream, laying the foundation for alternative musical trends. "The Velvet Underground's monotonous uneasiness, bold style and saxophone solos of Roxy Music are intertwined with the industrial ambient of the Berlin era of Bowie and Iggy and the harsh punch of the Sex Pistols."
