Born June 25, 1954, Moscow - Russian writer.
After graduating from the Faculty of Journalism at Moscow State University, she worked as a journalist in periodicals. Member of the Writers' Union of Russia. For ten years she hosted the program “In the company of Marina Moskvina” on Radio Russia, and made documentary films for television. Supervised the creative workshop at the Writers' Union and the Institute of Contemporary Arts. She is a member of the editorial board of the Murzilka magazine, her name is included in the encyclopedia "Children's Literature of the 20th Century" and the Small Literary Encyclopedia "Russian Literature Today" (2012). Her works were included in the Anthology of World Children's Literature (2002). In 2006, M. Moskvina headed the jury of the Cherished Dream Prize, in March 2013 - a member of the jury of the 18th Open Festival of Animated Films in Suzdal.
In 2002, the All-Russian Museum of Decorative, Applied and Folk Art on Delegatskaya hosted an exhibition of her art works - paintings, photographs, sweaters and dolls. Moskvina's prose ("My dog ??loves jazz") was awarded the International Diploma of G.-H. Andersen International Council for Children's Books (1998), V. Kataev Prize of the Yunost magazine (1995), the Friendship of Peoples magazine prize (2001), nomination for the Booker Prize (2001), nomination for the National Bestseller Prize (2005) ), nomination for the "Big Book" award. Moskvina's books are often published with drawings and photographs of her husband, the famous contemporary artist Leonid Tishkov. About 20 cartoons were shot based on her scripts and stories.
