In the winter of 1976 in the small town of Leiden (Holland), a boy was born who was destined to soon become one of the most important figures in the world of modern dance music. Electronic rhythms fascinated him since childhood, Armin van Buuren, being still quite a child, eagerly absorbed a new trend that was just emerging at that time, the pioneer of which is considered to be the Frenchman Jean-Michel Jarre - the author of the cult album Oxygene, which today remains one of his favorite Armin's plate.
