Talented American singer and film actress Mariah Carey is originally from Huntington, New York, where she was born in 1970 on March 27. Her mother, an opera singer, brought up a love of music in the girl from early childhood. During her school years, Mariah often skipped lessons, since even then she was recording in the studio. The first solo album (Mariah Carey) appeared in 1990 and immediately made Carey a famous singer.
