Graduated from the State Institute of Theater Arts. A.V. Lunacharsky, (faculty of acting (1952), teacher - Gotovtsev V.V.). He worked at the Moscow Drama Theater. M.N. Ermolova and at the Russian State Spiritual Theater "Glas" .
Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1974). People's Artist of the RSFSR (1984).
