Anatoly Pustokhin, the protagonist of the crime drama My Happiness (1979), was born on December 16, 1938. In his entire life, he played not so many big roles, but still he was able to receive several outstanding awards, including the honorary title of People's Artist of Russia on July 6, 1994.

He studied theatrical specialty in St. Petersburg, at the Academy of LGITMiK, which since 1993 has been called SPbGATI. After graduation, in 1963 he joined the collective of the Lensovet Theater, where he was officially invited by the leadership. Here the actor was able to fully reveal his talents.
