Was born on May 12, 1938 in Voronezh. She graduated from the vocal department of the Lviv Musical College (1958) and the Kiev Musical College (1963).
In 1960-1989 she was a soloist of "Ukrconcert".
In 1961 - 1986 a regular participant in the concert programs of Tarapunka and Shtepsel (Yuri Timoshenko and Efim Berezina). Yulia Pashkovskaya is a soloist of the vocal-instrumental ensemble "Greimo". Participant of 15 TV Blue Lights. For 10 years she took vocal lessons from Claudia Shulzhenko.
After 1989, she sang on the stage occasionally. She recorded 2 CDs with her songs.
Yulia Pashkovskaya was the wife of Yuri Timoshenko (Tarapunka).
