Born on May 10, 1921 in Samara, graduated from the Moscow Theater School in 1943. In 1942-1950 he played in Moscow theaters, in 1950-1990 - in the Kharkov Russian Drama Theater.
People's Artist of the Ukrainian SSR (1968) .
He died in October 1999.
