Born on December 16, 1941 in Ukraine.
Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1981). Pupil of Anna Orochko and Tatyana Kopteva (Shchukin School, 1964-68), one of the leading actors of the Vakhtangov Theater (since 1968). On his stage, he played many bright characters, characters from classic and modern plays, invariably showing his wonderful humor, captivating charm and acting versatility.
