People's Artist of the RSFSR (1987). Born on August 17, 1941. He came to work at the Perm Academic Drama Theater in 1964, immediately after graduating from the Sverdlovsk Theater School, and for more than 40 years he devotedly and faithfully served his stage and the Perm audience, who responded to the wonderful artist with love and respect. With the arrival of Viktor Saitov, not only a stately, memorable and very talented actor appeared in the Perm Drama Theater, but also a gallery of superbly played heroes, each of which was bright, temperamental, as if out of reality.
He passed away on November 9, 2007.
