Tom Waller was born in 1974 in Bangkok. Studied at the Benedictine Convent School in Yorkshire, England.
In 1995 he graduated from the Northern Film School in Leeds. In 1997 his first film, Monk Dawson, was released. In 2002 he returned to Thailand, where he started producing independent film projects, including "The Other Side of Paradise" (2002), "The Spirit of Mae Naka" (2005), "The King of Elephants" (2006) .
In 1996 in the UK he founded the production company De Warrenne Pictures, which is currently based in Bangkok. Producer of a number of joint projects, including "Bitter / Sweet" (2009), "Origin" (2009) and "Prince and I 4" (2010). Mind and Murder is his second directorial work.
