Klaus Handl is an Austrian writer, director and playwright.
Klaus Handl was born in Rum. After graduating from the Academic Gymnasium Innsbruck and theater training with Julia Gschnitzer and Eva Zilcher in Vienna, he worked in 1991 and 1992 at the theater under the direction of Hans Gretze. By 2005, he worked occasionally in films.
Later, Handl Klaus teaches stage design in films at the University of Applied Arts Vienna.
