Born November 11, 1977, Dallas, USA is an American actor and producer.
At birth he was named John, later changed his name to Scoot, as a child his father called him Scooter. He began his career in the 2000s with episodic roles of unusual character guys in TV shows. Since 2005, he has starred in small roles in the films Crazy Races, Advertising for a Genius and others.
