Vadim Viktorovich Grachev was born in Moscow on January 15, 1932.
After graduation, the future actor enters the history department of MGIMO. But, having studied there for only two courses, he decides that he was mistaken with his choice of profession. His last work in a big movie is the film Don't Wake a Sleeping Dog, filmed in 1991. But all these films with Vadim Grachev were not as popular as his two first films. It is thanks to those roles that most viewers know him as an actor.
In 1993, Grachev decided to leave the theater and end his career. A year later, the 62-year-old actor passed away. Vadim Grachev was buried at the Moscow Vostryakovsky cemetery.
