De Caune was born in Paris to French actor and director Antoine de Con and television director Gael Royer. She was married to singer Sinclair (real name Mathieu Blanc-Francar), who is the father of her daughter Nina (born in Paris in October 2002).
De Caune's career began at the age of 12, with a role in the film kindly provided by Michelle Riese, her godmother. The character she played was called "Arvin". She received her Bachelor of Arts in Film in 1995.
